Parks and Trails and Fun - Oh My!

cathys_trail Hats off to the volunteers that lead last Friday’s guided hike along Issaquah Highlands’ Cathy’s Trail. It was a lovely evening and lots of fun getting to know other outdoor enthusiast and community members.

When daylight permits, the group meets the 2nd Wednesday of the month at Trail Head Vista to get together and explore the wonderful trails throughout our community. Many of the same outdoor lovers can be found at the Issaquah Highlands Trail Work Parties that are held once a month on Saturday mornings.

As the summer comes to a close and cooler weather and less light bring these gatherings to a close, I am already looking forward to next spring and summer when these guided hikes resume.

Come out and join us some time.
